eNotices Account Auto Grouping
Automatic Grouping
The eNotices registration process is usually initiated by the end user in possession of a notice which displays the eNotices reference number.
If the system identifies other notices in the database that feature exactly the same name and mailing address, it will regard these notices as being different properties belonging to the same individual or company and as such will automatically group all accounts under the one eNotices profile. This will prevent the User having to manually add each account/notice. This function is intended to mimic the behaviour of notices which are printed and posted. If those details match, the notices will be inserted into one envelope (or however many will fit) to be issued to the individual at the same address.
NOTE: This automatic grouping only occurs upon initial registration and when a new account is added to an existing profile. Properties purchased after registration will not automatically group to a profile.if their details match. The user will be required to add this account.
Adding Accounts
If the User receives notices for accounts that have not been automatically aggregated to the profile, they can add these accounts. This is provided that they have a copy of that notice in their name displaying an eNotices reference number which they can transpose. Enter the eNotice ref. number in the input box and click Add. If valid and entered correctly, the User will receive a green "success" message.
