User Reports are available as a quick way to access full sets of data.
Active Users
This report provides a list of all customers who have Status of 'Active'.
These users have registered for electronic notice delivery and have activated their account but will not necessarily receive notices for all accounts listed in the 'Accounts' section of their profile. This may be due to properties that have been sold. The account may still be listed because they will be able to view older notices issued to that user while they owned the property. This does not mean that they are currently receiving notices for that property.
If the customer has multiple accounts, the report will have an extra entry under the customer with just the account number visible. Eg., Pam has account 10268 and 708 aggregated under her account.
Inactive Users
This report lists the customers that have a profile status of 'Signup' or 'Inactive'.
These users will not receive any notices via email.
Active Email Customers
This report will list all customers who have been identified to receive their notices via email when a live run is done.
This report filters out the following exceptions:
Users who may have multiple 'Active' accounts but only the latest modified account will be displayed in this report
All registrations where the property is potentially 'sold'
Accounts where a name change has occurred after the initial registration and the new name has not been added to the registered account. Refer to the section on Sold Properties.
Users who have not received a notice for an extended period of time
Duplicated Registered Accounts
This report will list all the Accounts registered for more than once.
