User List

The User List gives an overview of all users to the system, including end users, agents, and staff logins (Client Admin/Client Service).

 

Searching for Users

Enter email, first or last name - this searches the User profile information. Note this does not refer to the name of the account in your system, rather if the user has added a name to their profile.

Account Number - this searches the Account Numbers associated with a User. You can also click the "View" on the search result to see more of this Accounts details

User Type - use this to filter down the type of user you wish to see. Below the types are explained. 

Status - use this to filter down the status of user you search for. Status's are explained below.
