Bounce Report

Bounce Report

The Bounce Report can be accessed against the Jobs tab to view all bounces across the time listed in the search. It is also available on each Jobs page, to access just the bounces for that job.

Bounces may be searched for using the categories listed across the top of the page. Where Forms Express has attempted to send a notice via eNotices email and has received a bounce notification, the bounce report listing is generated and is available in the job submission for review.
Alert
IMPORTANT!  Forms Express has NOT issued a paper copy of the notices that appear on the Bounce Report.

Action items

Action items may be used to action multiple notices at once, ticking the bounce record first, then using the following functions.

Download notices - Downloads PDF of the Selected bounces
Resend Notices - Sends the original email again
Submit to Bing - See below
Revert to Post - This removes the Account from the User, removing the option for future emails to be issued

The individual bounce records can also be actioned one at a time, with the same functions as above.
Edit - This allows the User profile to be updated, ready for resending to a new email address.

View Activity

Hitting the "View" button on an individual bounce record will load the activity log on that bounce. This will include all actions taken on the bounce, including editing, resending, downloading etc.

Submit to Bing

This option is available to reissue printed notices from Bing Technologies. This will send a PDF to their dashboard for you to approve the print and distribution of the notice. This function will allow you to easily have bounced notices printed and posted at your control. There is no cost from Forms Express to use this function. Please contact customerservice@formsexpress.com.au if you would like this function enabled.
