Accessing FlexiPay

FlexiPay can be accessed from three different methods, all leading to the same payment option page.

Your Website      

Should the customer access FlexiPay by directly typing in the URL, or from a link on your Organisations website, there will be no visibility of this customer yet. They will start at the first screen to enter their eNotice Reference Number.

QR Code

Scanning QR Codes skips this step, populating the eNotice Reference Number. They land on the second screen to enter their Mobile Number and Email Address to then continue to the main payment options page.

For these customers, we already know their notices eNotice Reference Number and their Email Address and Mobile Number. The link presented on eNotices website and Emails will take them directly to choosing a payment option.
