Understanding Email Event Logs: Sent, Delivered, Opened & Notice Viewed

When an email notice is issued through the system, several automated events are recorded in the message log. These events help track the lifecycle of the email—from being sent, to reaching the inbox, to being opened, and being viewed within the customer portal. Below is an explanation of each event type and what triggers it.
