Have a look at the Widget in the bottom left. It will help you with common queries and help determine if you need to create a ticket. 

We are pleased to let you know you can now create an account to view your tickets. This is not required to access the Knowledge Base, or to submit tickets. You will be invited to create an account after submitting a ticket, or can do any other time by accessing the "Sign Up" button in the top right. All past tickets that have been created under your email address in both this system and our old request platform will be available.
